Due to the ongoing growth of our school, we currently have a number of vacancies across both our Primary and Secondary sites. Senior Admin Officer - 37 hours per week; term time only, plus 1 additional week

We would like to appoint a hardworking and efficient Senior Admin Officer to join and lead, our friendly school office team.  The role of Senior Admin Officer is central to the effective running of the school’s day to day communication and administration in our busy school office.  This is a varied role and an exciting opportunity for the right person. 
Experience in school administration is highly desirable, but candidates with the right experience, skills and qualities for the role are very welcome.  The successful candidate will need to have the ability to work quickly, be self-motivated, flexible, trustworthy and have excellent organisation skills.  They need to be able to communicate at all levels and be committed to supporting the welfare of the children.
Managing a small team, you will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support ensuring that a high quality and effective service is delivered at all times, including providing administrative support for the Headteacher and Senior Leaders.
The candidate will also need to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work, as we are a split-site school.

Learning Support Assistants - 30 hours per wk (08.50-15.25); term time only

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, reliable people with a passion for supporting children and young people with severe and complex special educational needs in the classroom. You need to be energetic, resilient, have a good sense of humour and able to work as part of a team. Successful candidates will join our wonderful class teams in really making a difference by helping our pupils to learn and grow in small steps every day.

Lunchtime Support Assistants - 10 hours per wk (11.30-13.30); term time only

Our Lunchtime Support Assistants work alongside the class staff to support and supervise the children and young people with eating their dinner and playtime or leisure activities outside. They also help with setting up and clearing away the hall before and after lunch. We are looking for cheerful, enthusiastic, reliable people who are committed to working with young people with severe and complex special educational needs.

Minibus Driver - 10 hours per wk (14.45-16.45); term time only

Are you a qualified driver (with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and a clean driving licence) with a few hours to spare at the end of each day? If so, maybe you could be our next minibus driver! We are looking for a positive, flexible and cheerful soul who is happy to drive a small group of children with special needs home after school each day. The children are supported in the bus by a passenger assistant who knows them well, but we need a new driver for them.

No experience of driving a minibus is necessary, but the successful candidate must be willing to complete the MIDAS minibus driver training, which will include using a tail lift and the clamping of wheelchairs into the bus.
